"This house was amazing. The location was remote but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. The views from the roof and deck are spectacular with lots of wildlife to see. The house was extremely clean and a great layout for our family. We could all have our own space yet still be able to come together to play games, listen to music or sit around the fire. "

"Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. Milford worth the trip, great Main Street walkable shopping. Raymondskills falls was cool. Nice owners very easy to communicate. To turn the shower on, pull the little knob...

"Comfy beds, relaxing living space, scenic/huge backyard with firepit. Lights (LEDs on dimmers could be finniky about dimmer position) and A/C (getting comfortable with use and displays on remotes) were a little tricky at first but we got that sorted out. Anna was very responsive. I didn't want to leave - wish we could have stayed longer."

"Loved loved this sweet little house. Really one of the more comfortable stays we’ve had in a vacation rental, super clean and everything was really well thought out for a relaxing and fun getaway. One of the few rentals we’ve stayed in recently that provide nice quality linens, their nice cotton sheets were so appreciated! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need, even a s’mores kit! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!"

"Overall it was comfortable. Could have used a small table in kitchen to eat at. Wasn’t stocked with enough kitchen essentials.. two small pans needed replacing and owner was very responsive and thankful for the ideas. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Back deck had nice lighting and clean grill but lacked ambiance because of placement of garbage pails. Owner said they would move them next time. We would return but felt it was too pricey for a place with no A/C!"
